Session 5

Hypnobabies®is a six week long comprehensive childbirth education course.  I offer group classes in Carmichael, or private classes in your home, at a day and time that suits your schedule.  Class sizes are a maximum of 6 couples.  We meet once a week for three hours, for a total of 18 hours of instruction.
